Once again MOT 2 U have provided me with a fantastic service, and  this time at short notice over the Christmas holiday period. My car was collected, the MOT was carried out along with a few necessary repairs and returned to my home spotless inside and out by 2 very smart, professional and enthusiastic members of staff who explained the repairs that had been done. During the short time my car was in the care of MOT 2 U I was kept very well informed on the progress of my car and had complete peace of mind about the repairs that needed to be done.

Yesterday I used your services for the first time – I had a Service and Mot – The service was fantastic I could actually tell that my car had, had some work done on the engine, I have been to other garages and sometimes you can not tell that the car has had any work done to it. Included in the package was a full valet, this was also very satisfactory. I've recently had my car serviced and MOTd by Mot2u and I can only say that my car has never run as well as this since I bought it!  I've passed the name of this company on to my friends and they all agree with me that it would be hard to find another company with a better level of customer service and professionalism of the staff. Although you were not able to arrive at 08:30 as planned you called to inform me of what was happening and offered generous compensation for any inconvenience caused - this was very much appreciated. I found your collection and delivery service absolutely fab - so useful when you work full time. The boys picked up my car from work and dropped it back after the MOT. They kept in constant phone contact and rung me straight after the MOT to let me know the situation. I was extremely impressed with the service from start to finish - especially the courtesy call the day after! I would definitely recommend MOT2U, especially for girls who may not have much confidence when it comes to cars and garages!

The whole process is fun and rewarding, and takes the pain out of having a vehicle MOT'd and serviced. Not only were simple problems fixed cost effectively, but a random electrical door locking problem, which had defeated other garages, was quickly identified and fixed.
